Who had a pen pal when they were a kid? I remember having pen pals in elementary school. It was a way for our teachers to have us practice our letter writing, but to a real person, about whatever we wanted to write about. And then we received letters back from our 'pals,' kids in another class, another school, somewhere faraway, yet somehow paired with us for the simple joy of letter writing. These days, I think it would be pretty fun to have a pen pal again -- but how?
The nostalgia kicks in and I think, where would I find a pen pal? Instagram? Existing friends? Someone you could just write to without boundaries and share all the random things and then draw little doodles all over the place...
